Mike Gray: Today we are honored to have Dan Griffin, VP of Business Development, from TS Crew in our studio at our Chantilly, VA showroom. What brings you to VA Dan?
Dan Griffin: We want to go see our clients and our dealer partners and that is the reason why I am visiting VA.
Mike Gray: Tell us a little about TS Crew?
Dan Griffin: I am the Vice-President of Business Development. Our clients are strictly trade partners such as exhibit houses, dealers across the country and some international dealers as well. We are an exhibit services company. Not only do we specialize in labor and I & D installations but we are also one of the companies out there offering additional services like rental programs to supplement exhibit house inventory. When you are in competitive situations or in cities where it might be easier and more cost effective to use some our additional services, we come in for rental properties etc. to give your clients the most cost effective service.
Mike Gray: What is the one thing you would like to tell the trade show community?
Dan Griffin: Exhibiting is a great experience. Our industry is growing, keep coming to shows but don’t be intimated. There are a lot of pros out there, a lot of help out there. I know exhibiting can sometimes be a daunting task but between exhibiting houses and your exhibit house partners, we are always going to do what we can to make sure that your clients are well taken care of.
