Today, we are going to dig deep into the many different types of fabrics used in the trade show world. We are going to discuss the different uses and what fabric was used on your product. Let’s just run through a bunch of them:
- Colossus poly knit – this is used for fabric pop ups, free-standing units extrusions systems and SEG (silicon edge graphics). It has a little bit of stretch to it but not much
- Super select poly knit
- Colossus celtic cloth – this is for tension fabric graphics, pillowcasing, hangings signs and truss systems
- Super select celtic cloth – with a little bit of stretch to it
- Recycled super select celtic cloth
- Colossus brilliance – used for fabric pop ups, free-standing extrusions and SEG
- Super select brilliance
- Twill – used for table throws and runners
- Colossus micro knit – this has no stretch used for retractable and non-retractable banner stands
- Super select micro knit
- Recycled micro knit
- Gaming suede – soft surface used for fabric pop ups, free-standing extrusion systems
- Super select gaming suede – this almost has a 3D quality to it
- Super select poly duck- this has very little stretch to it used for retractable and non-retractable banner stands
- Super select poly poplin – kind of a tighter material used in both retractable and non-retractable banner stands
- Super select poly satin – this has no stretch to it with a sheen to it, used in non-retractable banner stand and hanging banners
- Super select Hercules – strong rugged material, used in non-retractable banner stands and hanging banners
- Colossus trifab – soft suede material primarily used for SEG frames
- Super select trifab – very soft suede smooth material
- Satin plus – no stretch with a satiny surface
- Recycled super select
- Super select weather guard
- High definition dye-sub
- Super select silhouette
- Super select wrinkle resistant
- Translucent mesh material
- Super select weave
All these fabrics are going to have different price points. I just wanted you to be aware of their availability and where they are used. You may want to ask your exhibit house or better yet what you are trying to achieve with the image like whether you want a crisper image, more durable etc. and get the different price points.
